Dongguan Zhengqi Toy Co., Ltd was established in 2004, specializing in the development and production of all kinds of high-quality plush toys, various animal-shaped, cartoon-like toys, plush key-rings, soft pillows, baby products, and all kinds of plush toys sold to the world. The main markets are the United States, Europe, and China.

We have three factories, one in Dongguan (General Factory) and two in Hunan. The Dongguan factory was set up in 2004, and the factory has about 200 people. The Hunan factory was set up in 2008, and there are about 300 people. Another one was set up in 2024; there are about 100 people. The total is 600 employees. The monthly output is as high as 8 million.

In cooperation with foreign plush toy brand customers and some customers of authorized products, we also cooperate with supermarkets such as Walmart, Auchan, Target, Lidl, and others, and with domestic customers such as KFC, Starbucks, Colgate, Azel, and more. Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Commercial Bribery
